Industrial Low Pressure Gauges

Time Access Solutions provides the most reliable Process Gauges, Process Pressure Gauges, Duragauge® Pressure Gauges, Stainless Pressure Gauges, Test Gauges, Commercial Gauges, Digital Pressure Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Temperature gauges and switches.

Industrial Low Pressure Gauges
Type 6X1.10

  • Black Steel Case
  • Sensitive Capsule System
  • Recalibration Screw on Dial

Type 6X1.10 low pressure gauges are extremely sensitive and highly accurate. The pressure system capsule element is designed to measure pressure and vacuum of gaseous media from as low as 15" H2O to 240" H2O (10 PSI). An adjustment screw is located on the dial to re-zero the pointer. The finely polished nickel-silver pinion gear and shaft of the movement ensure repeatable accuracy.

Standard Features
Size: 2" & 2½" (50 & 63 mm)
Case: Black painted steel
Wetted Parts: Copper alloy (611.10), Stainless steel (631.10)
Window: Acrylic
Dial: White aluminum
Pointer: Black aluminum
Accuracy: + 1.5% of span

Brass movement with highly polished bearing
surfaces; recalibration screw on dial

Industrial Low Pressure Gauges
Type 612.20

  • Stainless Steel Case & Ring
  • Copper Alloy Wetted Parts
  • Recalibration Screw on Dial

Type 612.20 low pressure gauges feature a copper alloy capsule element that is designed to measure pressure and vacuum of gaseous media from as low as 15" H2O to 200" H2O (5 PSI). The 4" dial size allows easy reading from a distance. The finely polished nickel-silver pinion gear and shaft of the movement ensure repeatable accuracy.

Standard Features
Size: 4" (100 mm)
Case: Stainless steel
Bayonet Ring: Stainless steel
Wetted Parts: Copper alloy
Window: Instrument glass
Dial: White aluminum
Pointer: Black aluminum
Accuracy: + 1.5% of span

Brass movement with highly polished
bearing surfaces; recalibration screw on dial

Industrial Low Pressure Gauges
Type 6X1.16

  • Black ABS Case
  • Sensitive Capsule System
  • Recalibration Screw on Dial

Type 6X1.16 low pressure gauges are extremely sensitive and highly accurate. The pressure system capsule element is designed to measure pressure and vacuum of gaseous media from as low as 15" H2O to 240" H2O (10 PSI). Ideally this gauge works best in an application of gaseous non-corrosive media, such as low pressure pneumatic systems.

Standard Features
Size: 2½" (68 mm)
Case: Black ABS
Wetted Parts: Copper alloy (611.16); Stainless steel (631.16)
Window: Acrylic
Dial: White aluminum
Pointer: Black aluminum
Accuracy: + 1.5% of span

Brass movement with highly polished bearing surfaces; recalibration screw on dial

Industrial Low Pressure Gauges
Type 6X2.34

  • Rugged Thermoplastic Case
  • Stainless Steel or Brass Wetted Parts
  • Sensitive Capsule Movement

Type 6X2.34 low pressure process gauges offer accurate readings in harsh ambient conditions. They are able to measure the pressure of gaseous media from as low as 15" H2O to 200" H2O (5 PSI) or other equivalent units of pressure or vacuum. The finely polished nickel-silver pinion gear and shaft of the movement ensure repeatable accuracy.

Standard Features
Size: 4½" (115 mm)
Case: Black thermoplastic, solid-front
Ring: Black thermoplastic, threaded
Wetted Parts: 612.34 - copper alloy, 632.34 - 316 stainless steel
Window: Acrylic
Dial: White aluminum
Pointer: Black aluminum, adjustable
Accuracy: + 2/1/2% of span (ASME B40.100 Grade A)

Industrial Low Pressure Gauges
Type 63X.50

  • Stainless Steel Case & Ring
  • Stainless Steel Wetted Parts
  • Recalibration Screw on Dial

Type 632.50 low pressure gauges offer the corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel wetted parts able to measure pressure and vacuum of gaseous media from as low as 15" H2O to 200" H2O (5 PSI). The finely polished nickel silver pinion gear and shaft of the movement ensure repeatable accuracy.

Standard Features
Size: 2½", 4" & 6" (63, 100 & 160 mm)
Case: Stainless steel
Ring: Polished stainless steel
Wetted Parts: 316 stainless steel
Window: Laminated safety glass
